STEPS TO ESTABLISH A LIMITED COMPANY IN BULGARIA

1. BG Studio Legale will draw up the documents necessary for the registration of the Company.
2. One of the firm’s collaborators will organize the formalities and will accompany you to the notary for signature and to the bank for the opening a current account.
3. The capital must be fully paid up to a bank before the Company is registered (the minimum amount to be paid as share capital is 1,00 euro).
4. In about two weeks, the confirmation of the Company’s registration and the relative tax code/ VAT number will be available.
5. The next step will be to obtain VIES registration.
