Studio Legale, from the choice of the flat to the handover of the property.
Boryana travelled to Trieste in person and handled the entire notarial procedure, taking care of all the legal, linguistic and cultural aspects for us.
The assistance did not stop at the signing of the contract: the firm also coordinated the transfer of the utilities (electricity, gas and water) and worked impeccably with the sellers' agent and with the notary. Thank you, Sabina.
It was far more than one would normally expect from a law firm, and everything worked perfectly. Our 5-star rating for Boryana and her team is a sincere expression of esteem and gratitude for their excellent work.

Given that we are foreigners who do not speak Italian and are not familiar with the local legal procedures, and that the property carried some encumbrances, her competence and help were particularly important to us.
She won not only our respect, but also that of all the parties involved in the transaction. Now, as proud and happy owners of the property, we continue to rely on her services to help us settle in locally.
A thousand thanks, and a strong recommendation to all prospective clients!!!
